Mission :
Under the supervision of the SERA Technical Service Manager, your responsibilities will be to:
Contribute to the development and implementation of the MEAL strategies of the Country Offices and ACF Advise the ACF France Country Offices on their MEAL strategy
Support the Country Offices in developing a MEAL strategy implementation plan and monitor its progress
Contribute to supporting the Country Offices in developing and implementing their MEAL strategy, improving their technical expertise, MEAL practices and skills Identify, help resolve, and if necessary alert on problems encountered by the Country Offices in structuring and implementing the MEAL strategy
Provide your technical expertise and advise the Country Offices on MEAL topics, propose existing or new technical approaches and define intervention methodologies and processes
Supervise the MEAL Department Managers Organize the recruitment and integration of MEAL RDDs or senior MEAL positions in the Country Offices as a Manager Functional
Train and promote the development of skills of MEAL RDDs or MEAL focal points
Advise and provide technical support
Ensure evaluations of MEAL RDDs or senior MEAL positions
Contribute to the promotion of MEAL culture at ACFContribute to the development of communication content and materials
Contribute to the evolution of MEAL and future organizational transformations
Contribute to ensuring and disseminating internal communication
At the request of the MEAL Service Manager, ensure the representation of the MEAL of ACF France

Profile :
You hold a Master’s degree in the fields of project monitoring and evaluation and quantitative management systems (humanitarian management, social sciences, statistics, or related to ACF professions: public health, agronomy, health economics, etc.).
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the humanitarian/international development SERA/MEAL sector, mainly in field positions as MEAL Coordinator/Department Manager. Experience in an equivalent position would be desirable.
You have experience in individual support, training, mentoring.
You have good knowledge of the sector’s quality frameworks: CHS, IASC, etc.
You are autonomous, structured and you know how to manage priorities.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated Executive – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 41K to 50K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters (For permanent positions)
Benefits: 25 days per year of paid leave and 21 days of RTT
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF

Transport allowances: 50% of the package between home and the workplace

It has been defined for this position a mandatory presence at headquarters of 1 day per month
Face-to-face time collective imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
