The Syrian Women’s Network – Women of Hope announces its desire to appoint a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer At Syrian Women’s Network

The Syrian Women’s Network is an independent feminist civil network, founded on May 25, 2013. Its membership comprises women’s and human rights organizations from various regions of Syria and from countries of asylum. The network works in the fields of protection and women’s empowerment across all sectors, as well as advocacy. It aims to promote gender justice, political participation, and the economic and social empowerment of Syrian women, within a comprehensive national vision for building a democratic, civil state based on citizenship and equality.

Job Vacancy: MEAL Officer (Monitoring and Evaluation)- part time
Location: Gaziantep, Turkey
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop MEAL tools (questionnaires, pre/post surveys, records).
  • Monitor the quality of activities (sessions, case management, and support hotline).
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Manage complaints and reports mechanisms.
  • Conduct field visits and collect beneficiary testimonies.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Statistics, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in MEAL.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Forms, and Kobo.
  • High accuracy in data analysis.
