Mission :

Your main mission will be to develop and coordinate awareness and fundraising projects in schools (CCF, DCF, and other projects) within your regional sector (Toulouse and Montpellier school districts).
More specifically, you may be required to:
Prospect for new schools;
Build loyalty with participating schools;
Coordinate the organization and execution of awareness sessions;
Recruit and train volunteers in conjunction with companies through skills-based volunteering;
Train and supervise two apprentices
; Ensure the smooth logistical organization of the project and manage the collection process and follow-up.

Profile :

You hold a degree in project management, business, or event communication and have at least three years of professional experience in project management, ideally gained in Education for Development and international solidarity.
You have a proven track record of successfully supervising volunteers and/or apprentices, as well as significant experience leading workshops for young audiences and/or public speaking.
You possess excellent abilities to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the national education system would be a significant asset.
A valid driver’s license (category B) and access to a personal vehicle are required for this position.

Employment conditions

Status: Integrated Manager – 12-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Ideally based in Montpellier (or possibly Toulouse) with frequent travel required.
Salary: €37,000 to €44,000 gross per year over 13 months, depending on experience.
Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters.
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced
working time). Health and life insurance coverage: 80% covered by ACF.

. Transportation allowance: 50% reimbursement of the daily rate between home and work.

3 days of mandatory on-site presence for this position, outside of scheduled group meetings
