ZOA invites local and national organisations operating in Syria to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to explore potential future partnership opportunities.
The initiative aims to identify organisations with relevant experience, community presence, and technical expertise that align with ZOA’s commitment to locally led humanitarian, recovery, and resilience programming. Encouragement is extended to Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), Women-Led Organisations (WLOs), and Organisations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs).
This EOI is an invitation to explore how collaboration with ZOA could create mutual value and does not constitute a funding opportunity or commitment to partnership at this stage.

How to apply
Organisations seeking to submit their expression of interest for a potential partnership with ZOA are invited to complete the EOI Application Form online through the following link no later than 7 October 2026: Form for Expression of Interest.
The EOI Application Form is designed to help ZOA understand an organisation’s profile, areas of work, geographical presence, community relationships, technical strengths, current capacities, and interest in different types of collaboration. It also gives organisations space to explain how their work connects to ZOA Syria’s programme areas, localisation approach, and partnership principles.

Please note: This Expression of Interest (EOI) is an exploratory process and does not create a commitment for ZOA or any applicant organisation to enter a partnership or funding agreement. Participation in the EOI and any follow-up engagement is voluntary. Both ZOA and the organisation may decide, at any stage of the process, whether they wish to continue exploring a possible partnership.
