Functions and Tasks:
This staff will primarily be responsible for providing detailed oversight of the program’s economic, administrative, and financial aspects, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance. Their main responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of the program’s overall budget, ensuring its proper distribution and execution, both for the activities carried out directly by AECID (Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation) and for each of the program’s various beneficiary partners.
  • Technical and administrative support to beneficiary members in the proper management of allocated funds, justification processes, and problem resolution.
  • Preparation of financial reports and justification of financial records for the assignment and those relating to the program before the EU contribution agreement.
  • Proposals to optimize economic control tools, with a focus on financial planning and risk resolution
  • Support the administrative, financial and economic monitoring of the assignment and, in particular, in the measurements for the production of certifications and general budget monitoring.
  • Any other activity linked to the objective of supporting technical supervision and economic monitoring of the project

Specific Requirements

A work history and/or employment contract that verifies and accredits the required experience.

Formación:

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the fields of social and legal sciences (degree recognized in Spain or equivalency certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

Languages

– English, Minimum Level B2 (the level will be verified during the Selection process).

Previous Experience

– At least 5 years of work experience in management and implementation of development cooperation projects.

– At least 3 years of work experience in the implementation and/or monitoring and control of EU-funded project interventions

Observations
Offered:

– Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 30 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan or with financing from European Union funds.

– Full journey.

In the case of degrees obtained from foreign universities and/or institutions, the degree must be recognized in Spain, and the corresponding supporting documentation must be attached to the application as an Annex.

Possess sufficient supporting documentation to formalize an employment contract in Spain: Valid residence and work permit.

Not having been subject to disciplinary dismissal for events occurring within the Tragsa Group, nor having the status of “unfit person” to perform the essential functions of the position offered, even temporarily.

Any temporary contract resulting from this selection process will be guaranteed by the Tragsa Group to ensure the operational and maintenance of the projects/services, as well as compliance with internal regulations and current labor laws.
