We are building a pool of experienced Gender and Inclusive Industrial Development Experts for potential consultancy engagements.

This initiative aims to identify experts who can be tapped for future projects as they arise. Experts in the pool will be considered for upcoming projects based on their expertise, availability, and the specific requirements of each project.

Job Description:

The Gender and Inclusive Industrial Development Expert is responsible for ensuring gender equity and social inclusion across all project activities. This expert leads gender-responsive stakeholder mapping, facilitates the integration of women-led MSMEs into technology and policy frameworks, and develops inclusive criteria for the prioritization of beneficiaries.

Job Qualifications/Skills:

  • Advanced degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in gender mainstreaming within industrial development, economic sectors, or energy programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine gender equality frameworks, policies, and inclusive MSME programming.
  • Proven ability to design and implement gender-responsive strategies and stakeholder engagement processes.
  • Experience integrating gender and social inclusion considerations into technology adoption and policy development is highly desirable.
