This initiative aims to identify experts who can be tapped for future projects as they arise. Experts in the pool will be considered for upcoming projects based on their expertise, availability, and the specific requirements of each project.
Job Description:
The Stakeholder Engagement Expert (MSME, Climate-Smart Technologies, and Value Chains) acts as the primary liaison with national and local stakeholders, spearheads comprehensive stakeholder engagement initiatives, and delivers technical expertise on MSME requirements, climate-smart technologies, and industrial value chains.
Job Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MSME development, industrial policy, or energy efficiency, preferably within the Philippine context.
- Demonstrated track record of effective collaboration with Philippine government agencies, industry associations, and local MSMEs.
- Strong skills in facilitating multi-stakeholder engagement processes and building consensus among diverse groups.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
