Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles—independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, and transparency—has defined its identity for 45 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Mission :
Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator for the France Mission, you will provide operational support to the Field Coordinator for the France Mission in the implementation of strategic projects.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Support the MIF Field Coordinator in the implementation of the 15th Project, working closely with the Project Manager.
Support the Mission France Field Coordinator in the implementation of the Resource Hub Project.
Provide direct support to the Mission France Field Coordinator.

Profile :
You hold a Master’s degree in political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, humanities, social design, economics or statistics.
You have at least 4 years of project management experience, most of which was in France in one of the following areas: social action / food security and combating food insecurity / monitoring and evaluation / protection and access to rights. You have proven experience in multi-stakeholder coordination with local authorities, decentralized state services, associations, etc., as well as demonstrated experience in public speaking and external representation (conferences, working groups, local consultations, territorial advocacy).
You are aware of the strategy of the France Mission and the actions deployed on the PACA base.
You have skills in collecting, storing, analyzing and graphically enhancing data, in terms of collective intelligence / supporting reflections, facilitating multi-stakeholder discussions and training very diverse profiles.
You have strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to mobilize networks of stakeholders (associations, institutions, communities, neighborhood structures) and to create and maintain relationships of trust.
Employment conditions
Status: Integrated Manager, Grade 7 – 3-month fixed-term contract until June 30, 2026 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €37,000 to €44,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience Benefits: 25 days of paid leave
