Mission :

Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator for Mission France, you will contribute to defining and ensuring the implementation of the support strategy for Mission France’s operational partners in Marseille.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the definition of the strategy and support activities for partners based in Marseille-PACA;
Ensuring the deployment and monitoring of support activities for partners based in Marseille-PACA;
Supporting the collection and dissemination of field information for reporting, communication, and advocacy purposes;
Managing and supervising your team and participating in the life of the base and the mission: managing one intern.

Profile :

You hold a Master’s degree in political science, local and territorial development, project coordination, humanities, social design, economics, or statistics.
You have at least four years of project management experience in one of the following areas: social action/food security and combating food insecurity/monitoring and evaluation/protection and access to rights, and in multi-stakeholder coordination with local authorities, decentralized state services, associations, etc.
You also have demonstrated experience in public speaking and external representation.

You possess skills in project management, data collection, storage, analysis, and visualization, and you are capable of adopting and contributing to an intervention strategy. You have strong interpersonal skills and experience in collective intelligence/facilitating discussions, leading multi-stakeholder workshops, and training diverse profiles, enabling you to mobilize networks of stakeholders and build and maintain relationships of trust.
You are proficient in facilitating workshops and meetings and are familiar with the methods and practices of collective intelligence and popular education in France.

Employment conditions

Status: Integrated Manager, Grade 7 – 9-month fixed-term contract until January 31, 2027 – Full-time
Location: Marseille
Salary: €37,000 to €44,000 gross per year (13 months) depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (reduced working time)
