Mission :

Under the supervision of the Project Manager for Partner Support for the France Mission, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the 15th project and participate in the coordination of the actors involved in the territory.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Participate in defining the operational frameworks for the 15th project;
contribute to the deployment of the 15th project’s activities;
contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the project’s monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning process;
contribute to the reporting, documentation, and dissemination of information internally and externally regarding the 15th project.

Profile :

You have a generalist background in political science, local and territorial development / project coordination / humanities.

You have at least two years of experience in project management within the social action and/or territorial development sector in France, particularly in combating food insecurity and in monitoring and evaluation. You have proven experience in development, network facilitation, and stakeholder coordination, as well as significant experience in the non-profit sector in France, especially working with people experiencing hardship and/or in priority urban areas.

You have skills in project management in social action and/or territorial development in France, as well as in monitoring / evaluation, accountability and learning applied in projects carried out in France, in mobilization / collective intelligence / food democracy, facilitation, with proven experience in facilitating with diverse audiences in the French context.

Organised, rigorous and flexible, you have good interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain trusting relationships with all types of stakeholders.

You have good written and oral communication skills.

Employment Conditions
Status: Supervisory Staff, Grade 8 – 8-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Marseille
Salary: €34,000 to €41,000 gross per year (13 months) depending on experience
