Context :
The Rinaldi Foundation, through the Technical Office for Salesian Vocational Training (BTFPSA), has been given the mission of improving the quality of vocational training and secondary education offered to young people in Vocational Training Centers, Secondary Schools and public Technical Education Establishments (EET).
As part of the project to strengthen ENTec within the framework of the “Education for Living Together” program, financed by the European Union; [SG1] it is planned to set up a room as an antenna in the North, in the premises of the Vincent Foundation in Cap-Haïtien. This antenna must have a functional and equipped room, in order to host training activities and also serve as a workspace for 2 to 3 trainers of trainers.
Purpose of the contract:
The purpose of this call for proposals is:
- Lot 1: Rehabilitation work on the room;
- Lot 2: Supply and installation of furniture
Bidders may apply for one or both lots.
Description of expected services.
Lot 1: Rehabilitation works
- Preliminary study of the condition of the room [SG2] [PM3] ;
- Roof repair and waterproofing;
- Installation of an adequate air conditioning system;
- Refreshing/painting walls;
- Any improvements required for the room to be put into service (electricity, lighting, etc.).
Lot 2: Furniture
- 25 chairs for participants;
- 10 modular tables (2 places each);
- 3 offices for trainers of trainers;
- 3 ergonomic office chairs;
- 2 storage cabinets/shelves.
Expected deliverables:
- A fully renovated, air-conditioned and ready-to-use room;
- Furniture installed and functional.
Runtime
The total duration of the services must not exceed two months from the date of signing the contract. The goal is for the room to be fully operational before the end of the 2025 calendar year.

Bidders must present:
- A detailed proforma (quote) (price per item, taxes included);
- An execution schedule;
- Warranty conditions (work and equipment);
- Any references to similar projects.
Tender evaluation criteria:
Offers will be evaluated according to:
- Price (competitiveness); no offer above USD 25,000 will be accepted; [SG4]
- The technical quality of the proposal;
- The execution time;
- The guarantee offered.
