About NSPPL :
The National Syrian Project for prosthetic limbs (NSPPL ) has been established in Feb 2013 by a group of Syrian doctors overseas to help the people whose parts have been imputed as a result of the Syrian war and provide them with prosthetic parts and the appropriate rehabilitation , and Licensed in Syria in Feb 2025 as The Syrian Foundation for Prosthetic Limbs and Rehabilitation.
NSPPL is a non-profit organization which serves people in Syria and Turkey.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
The cleaner is responsible for cleanliness and ensuring hygienic cleaning methods in The Center as follows:
- Keeping the Center clean in accordance with agreed cleaning schedules, policies procedures, standards, and strategies.
- Ensuring that stores and supplies are maintained at locally agreed levels, rotated properly, and used economically.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Spray insecticides or fumigants to prevent insect or rodent infestation.
- Make adjustments or minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, or electrical systems.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Adhere to the guidelines and cleaning rules that will be provided.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Two years of relevant professional experience.
- Completed primary school degree .
- Confidentiality, a strong sense of integrity.
- Multi-task Management, independent, calm, rigorous, and organized.
- Good stamina to stand and work for long hours.
- Adaptable and capable of working well under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team setting, as well as independently without supervision
