This consultancy will support NORCAP in designing its expert reporting system.
The objective is to conduct a comparative market analysis of existing software, systems and products that could be used for an Expert Reporting System (ERS) against a set of criteria and requirements for the ERS (provided by NORCAP); conduct a cost-benefit analysis, and conduct an analysis of how required features are implemented in the solutions analysed (best practices). This consultancy will support key project decisions:
- Whether NORCAP should adapt an existing solution for ERS or design one from scratch, and what would be the costs and benefits of each decision.
- How various key requirements should be implemented in the new ERS system
