The CSAI Foundation is seeking a coordinator for the AECID’s Specialized Medical Training Program (PFMES) projects in Mali and Mauritania. The position includes technical and institutional coordination, activity monitoring, report writing, and financial and logistical management of the projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree.
- High level of Spanish and French (minimum B2 through training or experience).
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in project cycle management (logical framework approach) and results-oriented management of at least one (1) year.
- Availability to travel.
MERITS
- Postgraduate degree in one of the subjects related to the projects: health systems, health management, development cooperation, medical specialties, etc.
- Work experience of at least two (2) years, in the execution and/or coordination of international cooperation projects.
- Work experience of at least two (2) years with public or private health institutions in developing countries.
- Experience in project management of at least one (1) year with funding from the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID).
- Experience of at least one (1) year in the Arab world and/or in the Sahel.
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in health training.

HOW TO PROVE THE REQUIREMENTS AND MERITS:

Supporting documentation for the requirements:
- Copy of the required qualification: University Degree.
- Copy of required language qualification: B2 level certificate in Spanish and French. Alternatively, verification/proof of Spanish and French language proficiency. This will not be required if you are a national of a Spanish-speaking or French-speaking country.
- Work certificate/ copy of required qualification / sworn statement: Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in project cycle management (logical framework approach) and results-oriented management of at least one (1) year.
- Availability to travel: Must be demonstrated through a sworn statement or in the CV itself.
- Supporting documentation for the merits that applicants wish to have assessed.
- The merits claimed must be held by the application deadline and must be duly documented in order to be assessed.
