Job Description:
The Overseas National Directorate of the French Red Cross (CRf) employs nearly 550 people spread across 6 territories (Antilles, Guyana, Réunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia and French Polynesia) in 40 establishments, centers and services.
In the field of training alone, the French Red Cross training sector, called Red Cross Competence, is deployed through 11 regional directorates which have 60 training sites spread throughout France (metropolitan France and overseas). Each year more than 21,000 people are trained in 30 health and social professions (Nurses, etc.) through all access routes (initial training, work-study programs including apprenticeships, validation of acquired experience), nearly 110,000 trainees in professional training in the fields of health and social care and health and safety at work, and more than 1,500 people are supported in the prequalification process (discovery of a profession, refresher training, establishment of a professional project).

As part of a job creation, we are looking for
a director of a nursing institute M/F
whose mission will be to;
Manage and lead the prefiguration and installation of the Red Cross Competence Mayotte Training Institute
Lead, manage and organize the daily life of learners and staff at the Red Cross Competence Mayotte training institute
Manage the educational projects for the establishment’s training courses.
Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the establishment, in collaboration with support functions.
Attached to the territorial management of Mayotte, in support of the Red Cross Competence sector.
The position
Support the establishment of the new Red Cross Competence training institute in Mayotte.
Supervise, lead and coordinate the activities of the team under his/her responsibility
Implementation of the establishment project in conjunction with the Mayotte territorial management and the Red Cross Competence sector.
Manage the institute on economic, administrative, financial and logistical levels .
In terms of human resources , you are responsible for supervising, leading and coordinating the activities of the team under your responsibility.
Ensure the management and development of the institute and develop new partnerships
Desired start date
position to be filled as soon as possible on a permanent contract.

Higher education ( must have a State Nursing Diploma, Health Manager), you have a Master 2 ideally in training.
You have experience as a Director of an establishment with team management and project management.
Autonomous and organized, your ability to adapt to a multidisciplinary team is an asset for the success of your missions.
You are familiar with the regulations in the training sector and know how to develop and manage partnerships.
You are open-minded, diplomatic, with good analytical and anticipatory skills, strategic vision and strong negotiation skills.
