Within the framework of the “Roadside Assistance in Peru” project, we are looking for specialized providers (companies or independent professionals with RUC) for the design and implementation of emotional ventilation spaces aimed at teams working in contexts of high emotional demand.
Location: Lima and Tumbes
Period: April 2026
Company or person profile.-
- Company or professional (natural person with RUC).
- Training in Psychology or related disciplines.
- Experience in:
- Body therapy, expressive arts, or somatic approaches.
- I work with teams that are emotionally demanding (minimum 2 years).
- Knowledge in:
- Emotional regulation from bodily/somatic approaches.
- (Desirable) experience in humanitarian contexts.
- Added value:
- Trauma-informed approach.
- Protection and gender perspective.
Type of service to be performed.-
- Design and implementation of emotional ventilation spaces aimed at teams (psychologists, volunteers and administrative staff).
- Development of two (02) face-to-face sessions per professional (in Lima or Tumbes).
- Service focus:
- Self-care and psychosocial well-being.
- Emotional regulation.
- Innovative, embodied and experiential methodologies (not exclusively conversational).
- Includes:
- Methodological design.
- Conducting face-to-face sessions.
- Preparation of final executive report.
P.S. This is not group psychotherapy, but spaces focused on self-care, emotional regulation, and psychosocial well-being.
