Aries Consult Ltd is an international consulting firm specializing in monitoring, evaluation, data collection and public policy support in African countries. As part of the expansion of its activities in Equatorial Guinea , Aries Consult is building a national database of qualified professionals , capable of contributing to technical missions, institutional assessments, field studies and public policy reform or strengthening processes.

We are currently looking for two distinct professional profiles , residing in the national territory:

  1. Field investigators , responsible for collecting qualitative and quantitative data in the field.
  2. Experts in governance and public policy , capable of providing rigorous analysis and strategic recommendations.

📝 Job Description

Field interviewers will be responsible for conducting structured surveys of households, communities and local institutions , using digital devices. They will play a crucial role in the quality and reliability of the data collected, while respecting ethical standards and informed consent procedures.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Administer questionnaires using tablets or smartphones, using tools such as KoboCollect, ODK or SurveyCTO;
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews with households, institutional representatives or community leaders;
  • Ensure confidentiality, respect and informed consent of participants;
  • Actively participate in technical training, tool testing and briefing sessions;
  • Enter and transmit data accurately and within the required timeframes;
  • Report any ethical, technical or logistical incidents to the field supervisor.

✅ Requirements

  • High school diploma (a university degree is an asset);
  • Previous experience in censuses, socio-economic surveys or community studies;
  • Proficiency in the use of digital data collection tools;
  • Fluency in French or Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is an asset;
  • Working knowledge of national languages ​​such as Fang, Bubi, Ndowé, Annobonais, etc.;
  • Availability to travel within the country, including rural or remote areas;
  • Organizational skills, reliability, discretion and respect for methodological instructions.
