Mission :

We are looking for an intern to support the team with the following tasks:

Conduct an internal and external document review

– Identify ACF irrigation projects identified by RTOs
– Conduct targeted literature reviews with international organizations, research institutes, and NGOs working on agricultural water
– Analyze collected internal and external resources
– Assess current approaches and techniques for agricultural water management

Conduct targeted interviews with ACF field and headquarters teams

– Identify good practices and lessons learned
– Consolidate the information gathered by highlighting technical (irrigation systems, agro-ecological practices) and organizational approaches

Produce short technical datasheets (FR/EN)

– Draft fact sheets based on identified themes regarding efficient approaches to agricultural water management (see climate crisis)
– Integrate tools, illustrations, and practical recommendations on technical (irrigation systems, agroecological practices) and organizational approaches

Supporting the distribution of fact sheets

– Propose a strategy for disseminating the technical datasheets
– Co-host at least one webinar presenting the datasheets

Profile :

Under the direct supervision and with the support of the “Sustainable Agriculture” representative of the SAME Service, we are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:

You are studying agronomy, WASH, rural engineering or related fields.

You have good knowledge of agricultural water management, irrigation or agroecology.

You have already conducted bibliographic research and written summary notes.

You demonstrate excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills.

You are skilled in conducting technical interviews.

You speak fluent French and English (Spanish is a plus).

You have strong written and oral communication skills.

You are known for your rigor, organization and autonomy.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).

Employment conditions

Mandatory Condition: Must have a valid internship agreement issued by a French educational institution.
Internship Duration: 6 months (based in Montreuil, 102 rue de Paris).
Desired Contract Start Date: 04/05/2026

Salary Conditions:
Paid internship at €4.57 net per hour (based on a 35-hour week).
Weekly working hours (38.75 hours).
Meal vouchers worth €8 (60% covered by ACF).
50% reimbursement of public transport costs.
