Mission :

Within the Logistics Department, the Stock and Supply unit is part of the Sustainable Supply Chain service.
Under the supervision of the Stock and Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the international supply of ACF France’s Country Offices for your geographical area (supply, transport) in order to support operations as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Managing field orders: procurement, transport, and stock retrieval up to delivery, in coordination with operations, with strategic planning and supply optimization;
Managing supplier relationships and ensuring service quality;
Controlling order-related budgets;
Receiving, verifying, and forwarding invoices to the accounting department;
Handling delivery non-conformities and following up on disputes
; Creating and maintaining procurement files in accordance with internal procedures;
Making purchases within authorized limits;
Ensuring traceability and providing necessary supporting documentation in case of audits;
Maintaining smooth communication between the field and headquarters;
Providing backup for a team member in case of absences.

Participate in the implementation of the international sourcing strategy; identify and propose optimal sourcing solutions;
source new suppliers;
participate in calls for tenders (drafting specifications and selection committees);
update and enrich the supplier database
; contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and documents
; capitalize on operational feedback to optimize purchasing;
prioritize urgent matters in conjunction with the operations teams

Management: Recruit and supervise a supply assistant;
organize the distribution of tasks
; monitor objectives and action plans
; conduct annual performance reviews;
provide training and support to the employee.

Profile :

You hold a degree in logistics, business, and/or purchasing and have at least two years of experience in a similar role.
Field experience is an asset, ideally in an international or humanitarian context (experience with ACF is highly valued). Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
You are proficient in office software (Excel, Microsoft Office Suite) and have knowledge of an ERP system, ideally UBW and LINK.
You are rigorous, organized, and autonomous.
You are known for your ability to prioritize and manage emergencies, as well as for your interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Employment conditions

Status:
Permanent, full-time, integrated manager
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €37,000 to €44,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters (For permanent positions)
