Mission :

Under the supervision of the HRIS Service Manager, your role will be to manage the functional area of ​​the GTA applications in the operational phase, to contribute to the performance of the system by ensuring functional consistency, coordinating current developments and providing support to GTA headquarters users and key GTA field users in their daily uses, and to structure the processes and methods related to recurring activities in order to ensure efficient, controlled and harmonized use of GTA tools.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activity related to GTA applications in the operational phase, provide user support,
ensure the maintenance, recurring evolution, optimization and continuous improvement of the headquarters and field GTA applications,
participate in the definition and improvement of GTA processes for day-to-day activities,
contribute to the activities of the HRIS department.
In addition to managing the GTA subject, and depending on the amount of time required, part of this position will be dedicated to project management, on an ad hoc basis in support of the Project Manager.

Profile :

You hold a Master’s degree in HR/HRIS with proven experience in this field, relevant to the position. Field experience is a plus, for example, in an administrative role.
You are familiar with HR processes related to time and activity management, as well as other HR processes such as payroll and administrative management. You have basic knowledge of project management.

You have advanced Excel skills and are proficient with at least one HRIS tool, and you have a general interest in tools.
You are assertive and able to coordinate complex projects with stakeholders from headquarters and field offices with diverse profiles (HR, Finance, IT). You demonstrate
rigor, organization, a strong sense of priorities, and analytical skills.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset, as well as strong communication skills in both French and English.

Employment conditions

Priority given to redeployment.
Status: Integrated Manager, Class 6 – Permanent Contract – Full-time.
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Salary: €41,000 to €50,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience.
Seniority bonus after 3 years at headquarters.
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT
(reduced working time). Health and life insurance coverage:
80% covered by ACF.

Transportation allowance: 50% reimbursement of the flat rate between home and work.

A mandatory presence at headquarters of 2 days per month has been defined for this position. On
