Northern Lights Aid (NLA) is looking to employ a Fundraising and Communications Manager to join its team in Kavala, Greece, starting in early June 2026 and for at least a year. They will be in charge to:
- Map fundraising avenues and apply for grants
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies, including campaigns and events.
- Build relationships with donors & partners
- Manage NLA communications, social media and website
- Create and design communication material (Reports, campaign, flyers etc.)
- Collaborate with field and remote teams to increase NLA’s outreach

How to apply
We’re looking for someone with a strong commitment to the mission of NLA with:
- The ability to work and reside in Greece legally
- Experience in fundraising, grant application, or a related field
- Experience with communications, social media or digital marketing
- Strong English writing skills (French and/or German are a strong asset)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
