📝 Job Description
We are looking for experienced specialists to support research, analysis and development of public policies , with a focus on priority social sectors. Activities include technical advice, coordination of studies, production of reports and facilitation of participatory processes with public institutions and partner organizations.

🛠 Responsibilities
- Prepare analyses and diagnoses of public policies based on evidence;
- Coordinate interviews with institutional and social actors;
- Write reports, technical notes and strategic recommendations;
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups and public consultations;
- Ensure ethical and methodological rigor in all phases of the investigation.
✅ Requirements
- Degree in Law, Administration, Social Sciences, Economics or related fields (Master’s degree is valued);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles in the public, academic or NGO sector;
- In-depth knowledge of the structures and practices of public administration in Guinea-Bissau;
- Excellent oral and written communication in Portuguese;
- Additional knowledge of French or English is an advantage;
- Availability to travel within the national territory.
