Mission :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Production and Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the IT support team of 5 people.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing user support; Identifying, analyzing, and resolving IT incidents
; Providing training and support to new employees;
Managing the IT infrastructure; Managing inventory
; Planning deployments and renewals
; Installing and configuring new equipment
; Performing maintenance; Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment (computers, printers, etc.);
Participating in IT projects; Actively participating in the deployment of new tools and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes;
Managing and training a team of 4 people: a Support Specialist and three IT Assistants (apprentices and interns).

Profile :

A graduate in computer science, you have solid experience in IT infrastructure administration and user support. You are comfortable with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and office applications.
This position requires a high level of technical expertise, with access to endpoint management interfaces (SCCM), user management systems (Office 365, Active Directory), videoconferencing rooms (Poly, Barco), and security (Bitdefender).
Ideally, you have initial team management experience and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a strong aptitude for teamwork. You are known for your rigor, analytical skills, and active listening.
You are service-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Employment conditions

Status: Integrated Manager – Permanent Contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary: €41,000 to €50,000 gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters (For permanent positions)
Benefits: 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (
