Mobile Team Supervisor

Job summary:
Responsible for organizing community awareness campaigns that help women and girls learn about their rights and the services available to them at support centers.
Careful planning and organization for the team and communication with community members to ensure their cooperation
Ensuring that awareness messages are clear and safe
Main duties and responsibilities:
Leading and managing the awareness team
- Direct supervision of the volunteer/worker team in community outreach.
- Distributing daily tasks and setting weekly and monthly work plans.
- Monitoring team performance and providing ongoing guidance and technical support.
- Conduct periodic assessments of the team’s training needs.
Planning and implementing awareness activities
- Developing a community awareness plan that aligns with the goals of the Women’s Empowerment and Support Center.
- Organizing awareness sessions in the community about (protection, center services, empowerment, gender, psychological support, life skills).
- Designing awareness messages that are context-sensitive, simplified, and culturally safe.
- Ensuring that activities reach the most vulnerable and hard-to-reach groups.
Building community relationships
- Strengthening ties with community leaders, women’s committees, and partner organizations.
- Identifying local support networks and expanding community referrals.
- Representing the center in community activities and external events.
Awareness Data Management
- Collecting and documenting data from awareness activities (number of beneficiaries, topics, locations, observations).
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and analyzing trends and needs in the community.
- Follow up on any concerns or reports that are identified during the field visit and refer them to the relevant officials.
Ensuring the principles of protection
- Ensuring the team adheres to the principles of protection and confidentiality during community visits.
- Report immediately any signs of danger or potential cases involving women and girls.
- Promoting awareness of the rights of women and girls and combating gender-based violence.
- Basic requirements:
University degree in: Social Work, Psychology, Gender, Community Relations, or any related field
- Desired requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in community work, protection, or empowerment.
- Previous experience in supervising or leading a team.
- Good knowledge of gender issues and the needs of women and girls.
