Agrarian Technologies and Services Company, SA, SME, MP, subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in carrying out engineering, consulting and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental matters, seeks to incorporate 1 Support Technician in economic-budgetary management and processing of expense files for Delegated Cooperation project.

Scope of Action

  • This service will provide the necessary support to meet the budgetary objectives of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) in reference to the Delegated Cooperation Funds, through the preparation of budget execution reports. It will provide wide-ranging support to the General Secretariat of the AECID in the preparation and updating of the documentation and accounting management associated with the Assignment, for which it will be necessary to cover the entire
    accounting spectrum of the Agency.

    Their work will be specialized technical support, in the design and supervision and control of automated accounting tasks, in the corporate computer platform for financial control and Administration expenditure, and in the validation of budget reports.

    It will also supervise the preparation of annual financial statements necessary for accountability and the preparation of the necessary information and files, integrating in particular information on subsidy justification, treasury remainders, organizational inventory and analytical accounting.

Functions and Tasks

  • Ensure compliance with the specifications of your activity, as well as internal and client quality procedures.
  • Transmit knowledge and experience in the execution of their activities, collaborating in the training of other team members.
  • Apply the specific knowledge of your training/experience to the development of your activities within the project.
  • Analyze the activities and procedures to be developed.
  • Prepare reports on the activities carried out.
  • Analyze the results of your activity and make specific improvement proposals to your immediate manager.

Specific Requirements

Compliance with the requirements must be justified, attaching in the ‘Annexes’ section of the application (or during the process) the following documents, as appropriate:

  • Official title of the training or proof of payment for the application for the title or academic certificate of the completed studies (including the Final Project).
  • Work life and/or Employment contract that allows verification and accreditation of the required experience.

Training

Title

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Official Master’s Degree in: Business Administration and Management, Political and Administration Sciences, Actuarial and Financial Sciences, International Business, International Relations or Economics (Qualification approved in Spain).

Languages

  • English, Minimum Level B2 (the level will be verified during the course of the Selection process).

Previous experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in the areas of economic and budgetary management of the Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in the use of financial platforms aimed at facilitating economic-budgetary management such as SIC’3, SOROLLA and/or CANOA

Previous experience

  • From 1 day Up to 5 years of experience in executing and/or monitoring and controlling interventions with European funds

  • From 3 years Up to 5 years of experience in the use of financial platforms aimed at facilitating economic-budgetary management such as SIC’3, SOROLLA and/or CANOA

Observations

  • Offered:
    – Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 15 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience plan or with financing that comes from European Union Funds.

    – Full time.
