Marketing Strategies:
• Design, implementation, and analysis of the marketing strategies of our projects/services in favor of children’s rights among their potential clients with key entities, negotiating and seeking agreements that provide the best for each one. of the parts.
• Development and adaptation of proposals adapted to the specific needs of potential clients.
Communication and Content Management Strategy:
• Develop and implement, in coordination with the Educo communication team, the communication strategy to highlight the achievements and importance of the project, which include the following areas:
✓ Coordinate use and content of the project in the Educo communication channels (website, RRSS, events and others)
✓ Development of communication content for the different communication channels.
✓ Management of relations with the media to present the project. - Planning and Execution:
• In coordination with the Educo programs team, coordinate the implementation of project projects, ensuring their alignment with the social objectives of the startup.
• Supervise the execution of project activities, guaranteeing compliance with established deadlines and goals.
3. Team Coordination:
• Coordinate teams assigned to the project, promoting a collaborative and motivating work environment.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.4. Collaboration with Partners:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, non-profit organizations and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to maximize social impact and secure complementary resources.5. Financial Management:
• Monitor the project budget, guaranteeing the efficient use of resources.
• Identify and pursue funding and grant opportunities to support initiatives.6. Impact Evaluation:
• Develop and apply evaluation systems to measure the social impact of the project, in coordination with Educo’s Monitoring, Follow-up and Evaluation team.
• Analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and results obtained.REQUIREMENTS:
• University education in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Solid experience in project management, preferably in social startups or similar environments.
• Work experience with an innovative approach that encourages you to seek creative and effective solutions.
• Experience of working for results and accountability
• Valuable experience in the training sector.
• High level of English.SKILLS:
• Deep commitment to the social objectives and values of Educo.
• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated skills in team management and facilitation of collaboration.
• Financial competence for budget management and search for financing.
• Analytical ability to evaluate impact and adjust strategies as necessary.
