- Develop and monitor the resource mobilization strategy from institutional, corporate and individual sources.
- Identify and analyze resource mobilization opportunities based on knowledge of internal potential in order to develop attractive initiatives for donor communities.
- Participate in the design of projects and programs with the purpose of providing resource mobilization strategies that contribute to the replication, scalability and sustainability of programs and projects.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements throughout the project cycle.
- Develop and maintain effective alliances and shared value that are relevant to the financing of programmatic offerings
- Identify problems and improvements in carrying out resource mobilization and ensure effective coordination of activities and resources to ensure achievement of objectives in a timely manner.
- Create capabilities in the team (internal and/or partner organizations) to ensure that the project/program is carried out under the conditions committed to the financier.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resource mobilization initiatives.

Training and experience:
- Professional in business administration, communications, international relations and international cooperation, development studies or other related fields.
- Knowledge related to the Project Management Cycle, Theory of Change, Impact Measurement and Logical Framework.
- More than 5 years of experience and proven success in the development and management of projects, and the mobilization of resources between institutional, corporate and individual donors.
- Experience in developing and managing strategic relationships with various actors.
- Proven experience in developing attractive and robust proposals for donors, as well as following proposals through to funding.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in Spanish and English. (Desirable)
- Proactive attitude and good team member.
- Knowledge and experience of the realities of conservation and development issues, donor strategies, financing instruments, project management and agreement administration.
