PAC is an active NGO established in 2012, registered in Turkey, active in NWS, with other small operations offices in both Yemen and Sudan.

In NWS; PAC is a leading organization in both the health and Nutrition sectors through several central programs that work to improve the resilience of crisis-affected communities in NWS.

PAC’s programs always aimed to build and support the active health and nutrition systems in the target areas through maintaining a high level of integration across several sectors and leads central services to facilitate the provision of the service that other actors are running in NWS.

• Position: Pharmacy Technician

• REPORTS TO: Project Manager

• PLACE OF WORK: NW Syria

• LANGUAGE: Arabic, Good in English

  • Position Overview:

Implementation of plans, regulation of all warehouse-related matters, reporting to the project manager of the required needs and regulating the entry and exit of the inventory in accordance with the approved procedures.

Main Responsibility and main support required:

-Duly enter and remove all necessary materials.

-Make records of materials entered and exited from the warehouse.

-Maintain warehouse assets in such a way that they are not damaged.

-Cooperation with the inventory committees at the center.

-Set up item cards, record and update the necessary information on them constantly. Organize and arrange warehouse assets in an easily accessible way.

-release of assets in the warehouse on request and as signed by the doctor.

-To register and re-receive loaned and entrusted materials from the warehouse to the staff properly.

-Take responsibility for warehouse assets.

-Taking into account the application of the principles of public safety in the warehouse.

-Notify the head directly of damaged materials, tools and devices that need maintenance.

-Provide the project manager with any information about the warehouse’s assets.

-Prepare a weekly report on warehouse assets and empty spaces.

-Do any other work assigned to it by the project manager

Qualifications:

  • Institute of Pharmacy Health or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in the related field.
  • Two years of experience in humanitarian work.
  • Training courses in related fields.
