Web and social media Mistress/ Master At Euromed Feminist Initiative

Introduction:
EuroMed Feminist Initiative (EFI) is a policy platform that provides expertise in the field of equality
between women and men, democracy building and citizenship, and advocates for political solutions to
all conflicts, and peoples´ rights to self-determination. EFI Headquarters are in Paris, with offices in
Amman, Beirut and Erbil.
Position Overview:
The Interim Web and social media Mistress/ Master will be tasked with optimizing the organization’s
web and social media presence, to enhance engagement, visibility, and brand awareness. This individual
will coordinate with EFI program teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication
across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Update the organization’s website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach.
• Share, design and schedule content for various social media platforms, including but not limited
to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly
and appropriately.
• Analyse web and social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience managing websites and social media accounts for organizations or brands.
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media
management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and tools is a plus.
Duration: The interim appointment for the Web and social media Mistress/Master expected to last for
Three Months. The exact duration will be determined based on performance.
Resources: The organization will provide access to necessary tools, software, and resources required to
fulfil the responsibilities of the position.
Budget: Estimated 600 Euro subject to 5% income tax, deducted and directly paid by EFI.

Performance Evaluation: Performance will be evaluated based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
related to web traffic, social media engagement, content quality, and overall impact on organizational
goals.
Confidentiality: The Interim Web and social media Mistress/Masteris expected to handle confidential
information with discretion and maintain the privacy and security of sensitive data.
