Mission :

Within a key, cross-functional project involving the SMSP and MEAL teams, you will directly contribute to improving the frameworks, tools, and practices used by field and headquarters teams.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing SMSP activities and data collection practices;
Comparative analysis of SMSP activities and data collection methods used in different regions;
Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, duplication, and opportunities for harmonization;
Contributing to the improvement of data monitoring and management practices;
Structuring the frameworks and the SMSP activity repository;
Structuring a harmonized and operational SMSP activity repository;
Developing Bill of Quantities (BoQ) sheets related to priority activities;
Formalizing the links between activities, indicators, data collection tools, and programmatic frameworks;
Revising the indicator framework and harmonizing monitoring tools;
Revising and updating the SMSP indicator guide;
Harmonizing indicators, data collection methods, and monitoring frameworks.
Contribution to improving data governance and aligning data collection tools (Kobo, Epi Info, DHIS2, Excel).
Support for the SMSP-MEAL project and knowledge sharing.
Preparation and facilitation of SMSP-MEAL workshops.
Production of materials, summaries, and knowledge sharing documents.
Coordination with various stakeholders to promote the adoption of new frameworks and tools.

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:

You are a Master’s student (second year) in humanitarian action, international public health, international development, applied social sciences, or a related field.
You have a strong interest in issues related to program quality and intervention monitoring.
Ideally, you have knowledge of or an awareness of mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) issues.
You possess excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills in both French and English.
You are proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets and understand the principles of monitoring and evaluation and data collection.
Ideally, you are familiar with Kobo or other data collection tools.
You are autonomous, rigorous, and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders in an international and partially remote environment.

Employment conditions

Mandatory Condition: Must have an internship agreement issued by a French educational institution

Internship Duration: 6 months (based in Montreuil, 102 rue de Paris)
Desired Start Date: 07/09/2026

Salary Conditions:
Paid internship at €4.57 net per hour (based on a 35-hour week). Weekly working hours (38.75 hours).
Meal vouchers worth €8 (60% covered by ACF).
50% reimbursement of public transport costs.
Remote work: ACF has a remote work policy that governs activities requiring mandatory presence at headquarters, while allowing you to perform part of your work remotely. Regular attendance at the Montreuil headquarters is therefore expected, according to a schedule agreed upon with your manager. In addition, approximately three days per month are dedicated to meetings and team events.
