Assignment :

Under supervision, you will assist the support coordinator with the activities of the support departments (finance, logistics, and HR) of the Mission France.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Logistics management:
Purchasing supplies for the ÃŽle-de-France base and coordinating and tracking purchases in the LINK software.
Participating in the management of suppliers and framework contracts for the mission.
Monitoring equipment/materials and the office work environment.
Managing travel bookings for teams.
Ensuring compliance with procedures and participating in their updates and related tools.

Financial and accounting management:
Processing, preparing, and tracking supplier invoices and expense reimbursement requests for team members.
Creating accounting entries in Excel and archiving accounting documents.
Preparing the monthly accounting close.
Participating in budget monitoring meetings.
Ensuring compliance with procedures and participating in their updates, as well as updating related tools.

Human Resources Management:
Managing onboarding schedules for new arrivals.
Participating in welcoming and briefing new employees about the Mission, as well as in presentation sessions on support procedures.
Contributing to the formalization and updating of HR policies, processes, and tools applicable to the Mission.

Participation in the implementation of activities:
Supporting the program team on logistical and administrative issues related to the deployment of their activities;
participating in team meetings and preparing meeting minutes;
contributing to priority cross-functional projects within the Mission

Profile:

We are looking for a committed, motivated candidate with the following qualities:

You hold or are currently pursuing a general higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in humanitarian action, organizational management, logistics, social action, human resources, or accounting.
You demonstrate excellent organizational and analytical skills.
You possess strong interpersonal skills.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You are known for your proactivity, responsiveness, rigor, and flexibility.
You are proficient in Excel, an essential skill for this position.
Ideally, you have initial experience in logistics, financial, or administrative management.
You have experience in the non-profit sector.
You share Action Against Hunger’s values.
You demonstrate a strong interest in the activities and principles upheld by the France Mission.
You are particularly interested in contributing to support functions.

Employment conditions

Mandatory Condition: Must have a valid internship agreement issued by a French educational institution.
Internship Duration: 6 months (based in Montreuil, 102 rue de Paris).
Desired Start Date: September 21, 2026

Salary Conditions:
Paid internship at €4.57 net per hour (based on a 35-hour week). Weekly working hours (38.75 hours).
Meal vouchers worth €8 (60% covered by ACF).
50% reimbursement of public transport costs.
Remote work: ACF has a remote work policy that governs activities requiring mandatory presence at headquarters, while allowing you to perform part of your work remotely. Regular attendance at the Montreuil headquarters is therefore expected, according to a schedule agreed upon with your manager. In addition, approximately three days per month are dedicated to meetings and team events.
