The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Lead plays a crucial role in implementing and coordinating MEL activities across the country office and all AmRC-supported projects. The responsibilities include developing and overseeing MEL systems, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and providing support to AmRC project staff and volunteers.
Minimum Education:
- University degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience related to MEL.
Work Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in MEL.
- Experience of working for the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (RCRC), international organizations, NGOs, or other similar organizations (Preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in strategic and operational planning.
- Demonstrated experience in project monitoring, tracking project results, and reviews.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in conducting research, including the ability to collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
