Mission :

We are looking for an intern capable of supporting the development of ACF France’s private resources, both in France and internationally, and contributing to the reporting of ACF France’s operational needs through the following tasks:

Contribute to the monitoring and management of current partnerships within the Foundations division.
Monitor ongoing partnerships and program funding (tracking schedules, reviewing reports, and monitoring needs and proposals).
Proactively suggest improvements to existing partnerships and the implementation of loyalty-building tools.

Contribute to the development of the offering and the prospecting of new French and international partners.
Prepare prospecting sheets and files based on defined funding needs and in line with current market news and challenges.
Monitor prospects and calls for projects from French and international foundations.
Proactively suggest strategies for approaching and/or responding to calls for projects from French and international foundations.
Schedule appointments and follow up regarding participation in industry events and conferences.
Participate in meetings with prospects.

Contribute to updating management tools and data capitalization for the department.
Regularly update management and activity monitoring tools for the department (database, meeting/appointment minutes, etc.).
Draft strategic and ethical briefs; write donor intelligence reports on French and international foundations.
Support administrative management: registering donations, tracking invoices, agreements, etc., with the relevant departments.

Support the collection of operational needs for ACF France.
Support the coordination of the inventory of operational needs for ACF France country offices: participate in meetings with the pools.
Ensure the updating of information consolidation tools, format and translate project sheets, transcribe and transmit this information to the Partnerships department and the ACF international network.
Participate in the organization of webinars with the ACF international network to disseminate project needs.

Profile :

Employment conditions

Status: Apprenticeship or professional training contract
? Contract duration: 12 months
? Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired work schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off
? Salary conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and level of education, over 13 months.
21 days of RTT (reduced working time) (prorated according to attendance).
25 days of paid leave, prorated according to attendance.
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF.
Transportation: 50% of the cost between home and work.
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of €8).
€170/year (social activities) and discount on cinema tickets
. Teleworking: Open to all from within the metropolitan area. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You will be able to choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 16 days per month at headquarters is required, with time dedicated to meetings and team events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 mandatory days of presence per week for your integration into the team.
