Mission :

Reporting to the Program Support Officer, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Supporting the Pool and country offices in managing financing contracts and preparing contractual documents

Ensure the updating of contract and partnership monitoring tools

Participate in follow-up meetings between the CAP headquarters and the field Grants managers

Contribute to the drafting of funding applications (co-financing from donors and equity)

To ensure the translation of programmatic and contractual documents

Support, in conjunction with the CAPs, the review of reports, the development of project proposals and partnership agreements

Participate in the quality control of donor reporting and formulate recommendations to country offices

Provide administrative support to country offices (ACF registration, project proposals, etc.)

Responding to requests from country offices regarding contract management, reporting, and donor regulations

Facilitating communication within the Pool, with country offices and headquarters departments

Organize Pool meetings, draft and archive minutes and programmatic documents (contracts, amendments, reports)

Providing headquarters departments with information on programs and country contexts

Contribute to the drafting of internal and external communication documents (economic outlook reports, RMA country fact sheets)

Submit the purchase requests necessary for the operation of the Pool (certifications, translations, supplies)

Produce documents and tools to capitalize on ACF’s interventions by country or geographical area

Produce capitalization documents on institutional donors in collaboration with the CAPs and the Deputy Regional Directorate

Supporting country offices in the use of program and project cycle monitoring tools

Monitor the use of internal reporting tools and conduct periodic reviews.

Participate in the validation of the annual compilation of quantitative data

Participate in the bi-monthly contract and partnership monitoring meetings with the CAPs

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:

Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (second year) with a specialization in project management or international solidarity, you have already experienced teamwork and ideally possess experience in the non-profit sector and/or internationally.
Furthermore, you are known for your strong writing and organizational skills, your autonomy, and your composure when dealing with complex issues.
Finally, you are proficient in Microsoft Office!
Given the international context and the diverse range of contacts you will be interacting with, excellent written and spoken English is essential.

Your technical skills:
– Providing technical support and answers regarding reporting and donor guidelines
– Analyzing and producing summary documents
– Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook)
– Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Your transferable skills:
– Being responsive and able to quickly switch between activities and/or topics
– Organizing your work and managing priorities

Employment conditions

Status: Apprenticeship contract.
Contract duration: 12 months.

Location: Montreuil

Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and level of education, paid over 13 months.
21 days of RTT (reduced working time) (prorated according to attendance).
25 days of paid leave (prorated according to attendance).
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF.
Transportation: 50% of the cost between home and work. Meal
vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of €8).
€175/year (social activities) and discount on cinema tickets.
Teleworking possible.
