Mission :

We are looking for a candidate capable of providing support to the security, safety and access department through the following tasks:

Crisis management

To act as note-taker and archivist during Regional or HQ CMTs

Organizing a RetEx (lessons learned) session after each CMT (Critical Management Test) with prior preparation of materials

Organizing an experience-sharing session with all potential members at regional or HQ CMTs

Organization of feedback sessions after each IMT (Country Office level) with assistance in preparing materials in advance

Monitoring of security incident statistics and associated action plans

Review of existing tools, draft of specific protocols for pre-identified types of crisis.

Management of the Security and Access Unit

Compilation and sending of Security Watch + Monthly review

Drafting the annual security report

Preparation of supporting documents for meetings, particularly Security Committees

Monitoring of procedures and archiving: K briefing, mandatory training, safety briefing materials…

Note-taking during meetings

Possibility of delegating other projects such as the organization of the road safety awareness campaign.

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our humanitarian commitment and possesses the following qualities and skills:
You are a Master’s student in security, international relations, risk management, humanitarian work, or a related field, and you wish to contribute to the security of humanitarian operations.
You can analyze, structure, and synthesize information, particularly on topics related to risk, security, or the operational environment.
You are organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in an environment where priorities can change.
You are motivated by meaningful work, aligned with humanitarian values, and involving collaboration with multicultural teams, both in France and internationally.

Employment conditions

Status: Professional training or apprenticeship contract

Contract duration: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired schedule: 2 weeks in the company/1 week in class
Salary conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of education, over 13 months
21 days of RTT (reduced working time) prorated to time spent
25 days of paid leave prorated according to time spent
Health and life insurance coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: 50% covered by the flat rate between home and the workplace Meal
vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
170 euros/year (social activities) and discount on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to all and from mainland France, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring mandatory time spent at the association’s headquarters, and allows you to choose to work fully or partially the rest of this time remotely. For this reason, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 4 days per month has been defined for this position. Time spent at headquarters will also be dedicated to team-building activities: an average of 3 days per month for meetings and team events, and 2 days of mandatory presence during the first 6 weeks of your integration into the team.
