Job Purpose

Team leader is responsible for leading the distribution team in registration, data collection, and delivery of NFI kits to beneficiaries in the project plan.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop daily, weekly, and monthly implementation plans for the project in collaboration with the project officer and the rest of the team members. As well as share these plans with all departments.
  2. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports issued by the field teams and submitting them to the direct manager.
  3. Proposing solutions to the challenges facing the project implementation plan and assisting in solving the main problems and challenges with all stakeholders from beneficiaries, local councils, local authorities, camp management and suppliers.
  4. Managing the registration of beneficiaries and the collection of their data.
  5. Distribution of NFI to beneficiaries at distribution points.
  6. Leading the process of collecting the required documents from the beneficiaries.
  7. Leading the distribution team and managing the distribution process
  8. Any other task that may be requested by his direct manager.

Note: the above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones.Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department organizational chart.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)

  1. Essential:
    • A related university degree is preferred
    • At least one year of experience in similar projects in humanitarian work
  2. Desirable:
    • Experience in implementing kit distribution activities.
