The consulting process proposes virtual training for Technical Teams (psychologists, social workers, facilitators, etc.) on addressing sexual violence from a gender perspective based on the Organizational Guide developed for this purpose. General Objective:
Develop and facilitate two theoretical and practical training sessions for Technical Teams based on the Organizational Guide for the prevention, support, and handling of incidents of sexual violence against children and adolescents within SOS Children’s Villages programs. These sessions are specifically focused on the analysis and direct response to incidents through real and/or fictional cases that reflect the different phases of implementation.
Specific:
- Develop a methodological proposal and training material for two virtual theoretical-practical sessions for technical teams to address sexual violence incidents from a gender perspective based on the Basic Guide developed by the organization and through the approach to incidents or case management of real and/or fictional cases.
- Facilitate two virtual three-hour theoretical and practical sessions developed by the consulting team to train the Technical Teams in handling incidents of lack of protection due to sexual violence from a gender perspective, according to organizational guidelines and the expert positioning of the consultant.
- Design a replication methodological proposal for the development of sessions based on case analysis in person for the technical teams trained during the sessions.
