Mission :

We are looking for an intern capable of supporting the development of private resources through the following tasks:

Contribute to the management of face-to-face recruitment campaigns

Operational management of face-to-face campaigns, in conjunction with service providers.

Management and monitoring of municipal permits, logistical organization, training materials, support documents, liaison with teams

Transmission of information to other departments

Quality control of service providers (mystery shopping, field days, training)

Support for the implementation of loyalty programs

Contribute to qualitative and quantitative analyses

Monitoring and analysis of the results of face-to-face campaigns, including attrition, intercepts, and rejections

Capitalizing on experiences gained from the different campaigns

Developing and regularly updating content for face-to-face teams

Collect the information necessary for the development or updating of training documents, country profiles, and news briefs.

Attend information sessions and general briefings to gather field information

Facilitate face-to-face team training sessions, organize interventions by employees for the teams

Contributing to Benchmarking and Innovation

Monitoring new tools for communication, recruitment and donor retention

Operational implementation of tests on new collection channels

Profile :

We are looking for a committed, motivated candidate with the following qualities:

You are preparing for a Bac +4 in Marketing, Communication, Project Management or International Relations, within a business school, a university or a specialized school.

You know how to analyze marketing results and formulate relevant recommendations.

You know how to write corporate and marketing content with clarity and precision.

You know how to use marketing segmentation (paper donors, web donors, etc.) and you understand the logic of a donor database.

You know how to use database functionalities to extract, understand, and utilize relevant information.
You know how to analyze and produce summary documents.
You communicate effectively orally and can adapt your communication style to your audience.
You are creative and proactive in your work.
You demonstrate pedagogical skills in your explanations and collaborations.
You are responsive and able to quickly switch between topics.
You are rigorous, organized, and able to manage your priorities.

Employment conditions

Status: Apprenticeship or professional training contract (1 or 2 days of training per week / 1 week of training per month)

Contract duration: 12 months

Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)

Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and level of education, paid over 13 months.
21 days of RTT (reduced working time, prorated according to attendance).
25 days of paid leave, prorated according to attendance
. Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF.
Transportation: 50% of the cost of commuting between home and work.
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of €8).
€170/year (social activities) and discount on cinema tickets.

Remote work: Open to everyone in mainland France. Our remote work policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 4 days per month at headquarters is required, with time dedicated to meetings and team events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 mandatory days of presence per week for your integration into the team.
