We are currently seeking an Information Communication Specialist to be part of a potential project based in the Philippines.
The project is currently in the expression of interest phase, and we are in the process of identifying potential experts for the opportunity. While the full scope and timeline have yet to be finalized, further detailed information will be provided as the opportunity progresses.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with disaster risk reduction frameworks, early warning systems, and community engagement practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical DRR concepts for general audiences.
- Proficiency in multimedia production, including video, graphics, and social media management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work across diverse cultural contexts.
- Analytical skills for measuring communication impact and generating insights.
