JOB SUMMARY
The main responsibility will be to dispense medications and provide drug consultations to health center patients.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The pharmacist has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Establish and maintain records.
- Receive and deliver the prescription to patients and explain treatment guidelines as the prescription details.
- Receive the drugs and medical supplies from MedGlobal warehouse and stock in the pharmacy taking into consideration to apply MedGlobal warehousing policies.
- Prepare periodic reports and share with the line manager/technical supervisor.
- Clean pharmacy equipment, help with the maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Update all related documents: Bin card, consumption reports and damage or loss report.
- Any other relevant tasks upon the request of the direct Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Pharmacist university degree.
- At least 3 years of experience as a pharmacist assistant.
- Previous experience in pharmacy chains or stores.
- Proficiency in dealing with various medications
- Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records.
- Experience of at least 3 years
