PLAY International is looking for a project manager.
Introducing PLAY International and its Pedagogy Innovation Hub (HQ).
PLAY was founded in 1999 on the idea that sport could be a catalyst for social change. Since then,
the NGO has implemented projects in more than 15 countries, often in disadvantaged contexts, and has developed
an approach to sport that transforms its practice into a concrete response to problems related to education,
inclusion, or well-being. PLAY has thus invented new ways to learn, grow, and overcome
trauma. Today, the NGO is committed to developing the social impact of sport in France and around the world,
guided by a central theme: social innovation through sport.
The Innovation in Pedagogy Hub, created by PLAY International, aims to be a collective,
international initiative dedicated to social innovation through sport. Its role is to foster the emergence and
strengthening of new or existing solutions that use physical activity or sports to address
societal challenges.
The French office, established in 2012, designs and implements training and support programs
for professionals in education, sports, youth work, and the social sector. Based on
PLAYdagogy, an approach that uses play and physical activity as learning tools, the office
develops resources and learning pathways on a variety of topics, such as healthy eating and physical activity, the inclusion
of people with disabilities, support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and the inclusion of
refugees and displaced persons. These programs are developed in partnership with experts and
