Mission :

We are looking for an intern to support the recruitment and mobility department through the following tasks:

You will be involved in the recruitment of apprentices and interns and contribute to the department’s recruitment efforts. In this role, you will ensure the quality and efficiency of the processes by defining the HR calendar with managers, selecting applications according to established criteria, and presenting them to the relevant teams. You will participate in conducting interviews, writing summaries, and liaising with schools for administrative follow-up (costs, schedules, agreements).
You will support recruited candidates, participate in their integration, and contribute to talent retention. You will also be responsible for monitoring the apprentice/intern population as a point of contact, particularly regarding mobility and career development.
You will contribute to enhancing the organization’s attractiveness by sharing content related to the employer brand, moderating discussions on social media, and staying informed about innovations in HR communication. You will also identify and propose external events relevant to recruitment needs.
Finally, you contribute to Recruitment & Mobility reporting by producing indicators and analyses, provide operational support to Recruitment & Mobility Officers and participate, if necessary, in internal mobility processes and HR interviews.

Profile :

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:
You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5 level) in Human Resources or a general Master’s degree specializing in HR.
You have experience in administrative management, ideally with initial experience in school and skills development organization (OPCO) relations.
You are interested in the humanitarian sector, whether you are already familiar with it or eager to explore it.
You are able to propose ideas and work collaboratively.
You have strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills.
You are comfortable in interpersonal relationships, enjoy teamwork, and are proactive.
Your English is at an intermediate level, both written and spoken.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office.

Employment conditions

Status: Apprenticeship contract only.
Contract duration: 12 months.
Desired work schedule: 3 days / 2 days.
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)

Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum wage, adjusted according to age and education level, paid over 13 months.
21 days of RTT (reduced working time) (prorated according to attendance).
25 days of paid leave, prorated according to attendance
. Health and life insurance coverage: 80% covered by ACF.
Transportation: 50% of the cost between home and work.
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of €8).
€175/year (social activities) and discount on cinema tickets
. Remote work: Open to all candidates from mainland France. Our remote work policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 4 days per month at headquarters is required, with time dedicated to meetings and group events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
