Duties and Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome clients and visitors upon entering the office.
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department they need to communicate with.
* Receive and distribute paper and electronic mail to relevant departments or individuals.
* Follow up on the delivery of important documents or correspondence and ensure their timely arrival.
* Prepare meeting rooms with the necessary equipment, such as equipment, documents, and beverages.
* Manage inventory of office supplies such as paper, pens, printers, and other supplies.
* Order and replenish supplies as needed.
* Ensure the office is kept clean and organized on an ongoing basis.
* Report any equipment or facility malfunctions and resolve them.
* Assist other departments with simple administrative tasks.
* Provide support with daily tasks such as printing, faxing, and copying documents.
Required Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in office services is an advantage.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work in an organized manner and work under pressure.
