The assignment involves revising and enhancing an existing training deck on integrity, anti-corruption, and prohibited practices in the context of development projects. The goal is to improve clarity, relevance, and engagement by applying innovative communication strategies, behavioral insights, and interactive learning methods such as case studies, quizzes, and digital tools. The updated materials will be structured into a modular format for flexible training delivery and accompanied by a comprehensive trainer’s toolkit. The expert will also conduct a training-of-trainers session and provide recommendations for ongoing updates and improvements, to be completed within a 10-week project period.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Development Studies, or related
- Skilled in curriculum development, instructional materials, and e-learning tools
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with interactive learning tools (Mentimeter, quizzes, simulations)
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently and under direction
Project-related Experience
- Contributed to similar training or knowledge products in development/integrity topics
- Developed or co-developed decks, facilitator guides, or toolkits
- Assisted in designing case studies, real-life scenarios, and interactive exercises
- Experience adapting materials to different audience levels
- Experience in drafting clear and engaging visual content
- Supported training rollout or pilot testing
Overseas/Country Experience
- Worked on international or regional development projects (required)
- Exposure to integrity/anti-corruption capacity-building in Asia or comparable regions
- Participation in multi-country or cross-cultural project teams
- Experience collaborating with international agencies or consultants
