Wie zoeken wij?

Bij ons gaat het maar om één ding, dat is zorgen dat kinderen die een oorlog meemaken de juiste steun krijgen. Als Online Fondsenwerver doe je dit door online advertentiecampagnes te ontwikkelen om de juiste doelgroepen te inspireren, te binden en te converteren. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met onze communicatieadviseurs, fondsenwervers en data & marketing automation specialist.

War Child Nederland bestaat uit ruim 50 gedreven professionals die verantwoordelijk zijn voor een groot deel van de inkomsten van War Child Global, alle fondsenwervende activiteiten in Nederland en voor de positionering en reputatie van de organisatie. Je bent onderdeel van de afdeling Fondsenwerving en wordt onderdeel van een gedreven, multidisciplinair online team.

Jij bent:

Een pionier met lef, die het leuk vindt de online marketing/fondsenwerving (verder) op te zetten en te laten groeien​. Je bent zelfsturend en hebt grote affiniteit met de inhoud van War Child’s werk. Je houdt van dynamiek, denkt buiten de gebaande paden en zet jouw daadkracht en humor graag in binnen een ambitieus team.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je vertaalt de fondsenwervende strategie naar concrete plannen en ambitieuze doelstellingen voor de online werving van donateurs, leads en giften;
  • Je ontwikkelt samen met collega’s een online strategie waarbij de hub, hygiëne en hero content aanpak centraal staat.
  • Je ontwikkelt doorlopende (always-on) fondsenwervende proposities, coördineert de hiervoor benodigde content en zet deze uit naar relevante doelgroepen tijdens het voeren van online advertising;
  • Je beheert de planningen, budgetten en targets voor de digitale kanalen en fondsenwervende campagnes waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent;
  • Je onderhoudt contacten en accountbeheer van diverse externe partijen;
  • Je bent data gedreven en monitort, test en evalueert zo de kwaliteit van de fondsenwervende initiatieven waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent en creëert inzichten welke wervingsmethoden het meest waardevol zijn;
  • Je werkt samen met de online communicatie en data & marketing automation specialist aan de optimalisatie van de website en donatiepagina’s, om zo traffic en conversie te maximaliseren.

Profiel

  • You are results-oriented and like to work data-driven;
  • You are able to work independently and think innovatively;
  • You have knowledge of every online channel, such as Search (SEA/SEO), Video & Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Lead Generation & Affiliates and Social Advertising;
  • You have experience in developing and implementing an online strategy and marketing campaigns;
  • You can communicate well with external agencies about content, campaign tactics (targeting), and tracking;
  • Ambition to take online recruitment to great heights!
  • Affinity with the story, values ​​and mission of War Child;
  • Available 32-40 hours per week.

What we offer

  • Salary ranges from 3583 to 4455 gross per month, based on 40 hours per week (the exact amount is determined by the years of your relevant work experience);
  • 8% holiday allowance based on the annual salary;
  • An employment contract for 32-40 hours;
  • 29 days of vacation per year on a full-time basis (including 3 predetermined days off);
  • A pension scheme fully paid for by War Child Netherlands;
  • Net compensation for home working and travel costs according to our hybrid work policy;
  • Monthly mobile phone allowance of €25 net per month;

We currently work in a hybrid form, with the combination of home and office.
