Senior Fondsenwerver Acquisitie At Oxfam Novib

Do you want to fight for equality? Want to tackle inequality at its roots together with colleagues, our partner organizations and activists in more than 90 countries? In order to change the systems behind it once and for all!

Oxfam Novib supports the people who stand up for equality. People who fight against growing differences in their own way. Together we fight for a world in which everyone has equal opportunities, regardless of gender, origin or skin color. A world that is safe for everyone; in which the income gap is shrinking instead of growing; where climate change is tackled harder and more fairly.

Equality is the common thread in our work and projects, but also internally. We are aware that our team of colleagues can be even more diverse and that only with a diverse team can you take a broad view of the world. For a multi-voice team, we therefore make an additional call for women, BIPOC people, LGBTQIA+ people or people with disabilities to apply for this position.
