Evidence Action is a global nonprofit scaling proven health and development solutions to reduce the burden of poverty for hundreds of millions of people. From fighting parasitic worms and providing millions with safe water access to enabling treatments to prevent anemia and congenital health issues, our evidence-based interventions provide the greatest impact for communities per dollar spent.
We are seeking freelance Instructional Designers to develop self-paced eLearning courses over the next 2 years. Courses are hosted on Absorb LMS. We have a preference for courses to be built in Absorb Create, however other course authoring softwares that export in a compatible format are also acceptable. Courses cover a variety of topics from policy and compliance topics (e.g. information security, asset disposal) to soft skills like prioritization, delegating, and management competencies. The goal is to help expand our course library with content that meets our organizational standards and supports staff development.
