BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for defining, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring humanitarian aid activities, including water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) projects in the country. They will conduct needs assessments, design WASH activities, and carry out projects, either independently or as a replacement or reinforcement of existing personnel, throughout the country.
